Have you been holding off upgrading your washing machine? With rebates for those ubiquitous home appliances ending June 30, there will never be a better time to upgrade.
Rebates up to $150 are available for customers who upgrade older toilets to new, low-water-use models. And customers can earn up to $100 cash back when they replace water-wasting old clothes washers with high-efficiency models.
Replacing your clothes washing machine with a high-efficiency model saves you up to 27 gallons of water per load. Swapping to a high-efficiency toilet saves households around 13,000 gallons of water a year. These long-term water savings also equate to ongoing savings on your water bill.
Act fast, though. These rebate programs are officially ending June 30!
