Front loading washer making a racket before it spins. Anyone know of a fix-it kinda guy (or gal)? We have one of those Home "Insurance" accounts, but they've been increasing the cost/visit, cost/year, and decreasing the allowed amount toward replacement of various appliances.

Suspicious Fires Incidents - June 12, 2024 Today, June 12, 2024 at 10:43 AM, Southern Marin Fire District received a call of a small spot fire in some vegetation off of Bridgeway and Marinship Ave in Sausalito. Southern Marin Fire District was then dispatched to two more suspicious fires. Crews were able to extinguish each fire quickly to each ignition source. There was no threat to surrounding buildings or vegetation. No injuries were reported. At 12:00 PM, a suspect in question has been detained and currently in custody by Sausalito Police Department. Southern Marin Fire District would like to remind residents that if you see something, say something. Please prevent wildfires by: ▪️ not setting off fireworks. They are illegal in Marin County. ▪️ properly discarding cigarettes. ▪️ proper maintenance of your vehicle. ▪️ properly securing tow chains to prevent sparks. ▪️ keep vehicles off dry grass. Dial 9-1-1 in case of emergency.

Good Morning Neighbors, On Saturday, 03/09/2024, a suspicious person was called in near 136 Tiburon Boulevard in San Rafael. Deputes contacted the individual who was in possession of the pictured Rad Ride "Radrover" E-Bike. The individual said the E-Bike belonged to a friend but that was not confirmed and it is suspected the E-Bike was likely stolen in the area. If you recognize this E-Bike, we would love to get it back to the rightful owner. Please contact Detective Hickey at (415) 479-2311 if you have any information about this bike or its owner.
