Hi Christie, all the items will end up on the website. We do have some items that have been recently received and are in the process of being photographed and appraised that are not yet on the website until that process is completed.

Hi Mel, thanks for your question. At this time all the items that we resell on consignment are picked up by our parent company remoovit.com. Drop offs it is something we are considering for the future but unfortunately not yet.

After many visits to their SF showroom and multiple purchases from a really large piece of art, lamp, mirror, and a lifefitness rower, all large items delivered by them to my apartment; I can say this is a great place to check out if you're looking for unique furniture for your home or office. The local showroom is expansive, they have a cool system to look up information on each piece, and your can negotiate a lower price on some items.

What a great store! My roommate and I went here to get a couch for our new apartment. We unfortunately couldn't find anything in the store, but the employees were super helpful and told us they had a sofa warehouse 10 minutes away! We made an appointment on the website to go to the warehouse the weekend after! They have over 100 sofas at the warehouse that you can try out! They also have a website with all of them listed so you can see what's at the warehouse in advance. We picked this amazing sofa and it was such a great price! We set a delivery date and the delivery guys showed up on time and took it up our spiral staircase. Can't wait to get more furniture from them:)

Bought a Sony soundbar and a Dell 4k monitor from Reperch. Spent less than $200 in total because the monitor was missing a power cable. I had a spare power cable, so this was a steal. I will NEVER buy anywhere else before checking Reperch first.

Don't trust their online descriptions. I paid for a table and went to pick it up and it was a different size than the description. Apparently they can't tell the difference between a square and a rectangle. I understand that mistakes happen but a more sincere and heartfelt apology would have been nice. Also, there is no available parking anywhere around the store. I tried to call the store and they said to just park on the side street. I explained that I didn't want to carry a table a block to my car. After going into the store the woman at the front desk told me that they have a loading zone behind the store but they weren't going to advertise that and you had to come into the store for them to tell you about it. (How about putting it on the pickup email???)
Also you can't negotiate a deal in store. Only online. So, if you want to pay full price you go to the store. If you want 15% or a lot more off you need to negotiate online.
Will not be going back after this horrible experience. Wasted 2+ hours driving out to this place for them to be rude and not even have what I paid for. This business is awful. I had two horrible experiences in one week. First, I expressed interest in a couch and booked a viewing. They sold said couch the morning of my viewing and didn't even inform me of the sale. I drove over an hour in the rain to their "couch warehouse", where I'm told "oh, we sold that." Lovely!
I was of course livid and they gave me 20% off my next purchase as a sorry. I give them another chance and buy two art pieces online and schedule myself to pick them up a few days later. I drive another 20 minutes to pick these up, and THEY SOLD ONE of them AFTER I purchased it online. This company has no clue how to keep track of their inventory. We sincerely apologize for the challenges you faced during your recent experiences with us. We understand the frustration caused by the unavailability of items you were interested in.
Regarding the couch, it sold simultaneously on the day you came to look at it. As a consignment business it’s first come first serve when it comes to purchasing online, which is why we advise our customers that we don’t put items on hold. We still offered you a 20% discount on a future order as a gesture of goodwill.
For the art pieces, we acknowledge the inventory issue and have taken immediate action. We've provided a 50% refund on the remaining item as an additional apology.

The Local Flea is UNBELIEVABLE!
We came across them after reading an article at SFGate and went and checked out their online catalog. Immediately found a large framed painting and ordered it for delivery. Just the frame was worth more than they were charging for it. They got back to us immediately and set up a delivery time. In the meantime, we looked around some more and came across a beautiful 55" round granite table. We wrote them immediately and asked if it would be possible to get it delivered at the same time as the painting. They agreed and, despite the table being huge and weighing a ton (almost literally), they didn't charge more for the delivery. When the delivery arrived, on-time, the granite pedestal for the table was damaged and taped together. It would take some work, but it was fixable, so we accepted delivery since the table was so beautiful and a steal at the price. It did appear to us that the damage was probably caused by the delivery company. We wrote to The Local Flea and explained the problem and sent photos of the damage. They got back to us immediately and offered an extremely generous adjustment. They are obviously willing to go well above and beyond to make the customer happy. We were able to get the table repaired and it is beyond beautiful. The Local Flea is an honest, reputable, and customer-oriented business that we look forward to purchasing from again. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Tons of high quality merchandise at rock bottom prices and the best customer service we have found anywhere. Didn't deliver on refund for furniture that REEKED of years old saturated cigarette smoke. Also didn't deliver on their most expensive shipping option "Air Freight -Room of Choice". My husband and I had to help the single delivery person get this massive chest into our home. Customer service rep Dan ghosted me after refunding $450 instead of the $610 as promised

This was easy...the warehouse is large and has a wide variety of chairs, desks, lamps, tables. Sitting in a chair or seeing a lamp before I buy it is important to me, and Reperch makes it easy. You get a tablet from the reception desk, and every item has a bar code you scan for price and measurements, so you don't have to bring a tape measure, wonder about prices or ask a salesperson for numbers. I'll be back.

I had a great experience at The Local Flea today. Understandably, the furniture is pre-owned, but if you know what you are looking for and are in the mood for a hunt, it is great to find something that works.
