Birmingham Vietnamese Restaurant Closes
A local Vietnamese restaurant closed its doors for good over the weekend.
BIRMINGHAM, AL — Pho Que Huong, located in the Green Springs Center at 430 Green Springs Hwy., closed permanently Saturday. A Birmingham Business Journal report said the restaurant closed after 25 years in business.
The restaurant cited difficulties in keeping adequate staffing since reopening in July 2020 as its reason for closing.
