Birmingham resident Rachel Gunn is a parent consultant, author, and founder of the nonprofit Seeds of Impact. Her mission is to impact future generations by helping parents break generational cycles and establish new parenting principles. She leveraged her combined experience as an educator and mother to write her debut book, Impact Parenting, which teaches parents how to shift from impulsive reactions to intentional choices when raising their children. She will share her top parenting tips, answer audience questions, and sign copies of her book at this event.
