City Of Birmingham Warming Station Closed Tonight As Temps Rise

The warming station at Boutwell Auditorium will resume the evenings of Tuesday, Jan. 25 and Wednesday, Jan. 26 from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Birmingham, AL – The City of Birmingham’s warming station will be closed for the evening. The overnight temperature tonight is forecast to remain in the 40s. Guests were notified last night and this morning regarding these plans.

The warming station at Boutwell Auditorium will resume the evenings of Tuesday, Jan. 25 and Wednesday, Jan. 26 from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. each day.

In collaboration with One Roof, those seeking shelter today should also reach out to our ongoing partners: The Salvation Army, 2015 26th Ave. North; the Firehouse Shelter (for men), 626 Second Ave. North; and First Light (for women), 2230 Fourth Ave. North.
