“This is our third year with a rink at Railroad Park, and we’re always awed by the transformation
into a winter wonderland,” said Camille Spratling, Executive Director, Railroad Park Foundation.
“We are expanding the viewing platform this year to welcome more spectators. As always, it is
free to visit Railroad Park and we encourage everyone to come enjoy the atmosphere.
Particularly in the evening, the lights in the rink area create a truly magical space. One of our
privileges at Railroad Park is to create memorable, quintessentially Birmingham experiences,
and we’re thrilled to do that for those who come from near and far to ice skate.”
