New Year's Eve 2021: Where To Celebrate In Birmingham

BIRMINGHAM, AL — With Christmas just days away, attention may turn soon to New Year's Eve and how to ring in 2022 in the Birmingham metro. Luckily, the Magic City has a few options available for NYE plans.

Before looking at events in the Birmingham metro, obviously Dec. 31 is also when college football's semifinal games will be played. Alabama faces Cincinnati in the afternoon at 2:30 p.m., which shouldn't interfere with any evening plans.

However, anyone looking to see the Michigan vs. Georgia game will need to decide between heading out to a New Year's Eve event or watching the game. Unless, of course, the event involves watching the game. Kickoff for that one is at 6:30 p.m.
