1. The Mountain Brook City Council will hold a meeting today at 7 p.m. On the agenda: a resolution "authorizing the sale or disposal of certain surplus property." And the deadline to submit public comments on the city's "annual Storm Water Management Program Plan" is at the end of March. (City of Mountain Brook)
