Here are the top three stories today in Mountain Brook:

  1. The Mountain Brook boys basketball team is advancing to a tournament at Jacksonville State University this Thursday. In the Class 6A Northeast Regional they will face Parker at 10:30 a.m. (Village Living)
  2. In nearby Hoover, one real estate broker wants to build a multi-story building with Airbnb apartment units, a spa and rooftop pool.
