City Council To Hold Public Interviews For Board Vacancies

There are going to be three interviews for the Vestavia Hills Library board vacancy and eight for the Parks and Recreation board.

VESTAVIA HILLS, AL — The Vestavia Hills City Council is rounding out its municipal staff on Thursday as it conducts interviews for vacancies on two of the city's boards.

There are going to be three interviews for the Vestavia Hills Library board vacancy and eight for the Parks and Recreation board.

The interviews are open to the public and are scheduled as follows:

8-8:30 a.m. - Thomas W. Parchman III (Library)

8:30-9 a.m. - April Marie Jackson-MacLennan (Library)

9-10 a.m. - Samuel L. Vogt (Library)

10-10:30 a.m. - Joe Patrick (Parks)

10:30-11 a.m. - Brian Templeton (Parks)

11-11:30 a.m. - David L. Halpern (Parks)

2:30-3 p.m. - Brian Cooper (Parks)

3-3:30 p.m. - Mitch Bevill (Parks)

3:30-4 p.m. - Brian Cespedes (Parks)

4-4:30 p.m. - Efrain Horta (Parks)

Interviews will take place in the Executive Conference Room in City Hall. There will be a lunch break from 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
