Cornell Elementary School Construction Update

Albany Unified School District’s Facilities and Maintenance Department has scheduled a construction project at Cornell Elementary School on Saturday, October 3 and Saturday, October 10. The work will consist of constructing a seat wall on the playground.

The construction crew will arrive at 7:00 a.m. and be completed by 4:00 p.m. Neighbors can expect noise and heavy equipment traveling on streets during those hours. Parking will not be affected.

The work will not interfere with school hours or operations. For the safety of all, a temporary fence will be erected only around the project space until the project is completed.
