BANNING, CA — After last year's festival was endangered due to vandals allegedly breaking into staff headquarters and spraying graffiti and fire extinguishers, organizers are on pace to run this year's Stagecoach Days Rodeo in Banning as planned next month.

The 67th annual iteration of the rodeo and parade will be held Sept. 6- 7 at A.C. Dysart Equestrian Park at 2107 W. Victory Ave. Gates will open at 5 p.m. on the first day and 3 p.m. the following day, and the event closes at 2 a.m. on both days.

"The annual Stagecoach Days event has attracted thousands of visitors over the decades and continues to provide a fun-filled family experience for people of all ages," Banning Mayor Alberto Sanchez said in 2023. "The city is firmly committed as a community partner in ensuring this annual tradition remains strong."
