BEAUMONT, CA — A request to build a gas station, a 24-hour convenience store, a quick-service restaurant, and an automated carwash on vacant land along Beaumont's Pennsylvania Avenue will get a public hearing Wednesday night during the regularly scheduled City Council meeting.

A 3,400-square-foot convenience store and a 1,292-square-foot quick-service restaurant are also proposed at the site.
