Sidewalk Spaces is a place-based Maker program that affects individuals where they live and work. Support our program here.
Why? Because it's better to affect people in place. They are already there. They can feel like a part of the project. Large companies wish to affect individuals in place. They identify their grant support as focused on cities, counties and states.
Makerspaces are elusive. Few, far between and for many, not necessarily catering to their specific interests or too expensive to join.

This project brings maker activities to communities on the sidewalks where they work and live and engages those who participate in the identification and support of new activities and projects.
