CULVER CITY, CA — Culver City-based Skims, the clothing company from Kim Kardashian, has been tapped to create pajamas, undergarments and loungewear for Team USA in this year’s Tokyo Olympics.

The reality TV superstar announced the partnership on Instagram Monday, saying she gained an appreciation for the Olympics from her step-parent, former Olympian and current California gubernatorial candidate Caitlyn Jenner.

"I’ve heard every single detail about the Olympics from my stepdad," Kardashian wrote. "When I received the call inviting Skims to be a part of @TeamUSA, every moment I’ve spent admiring the strength and energy of the Olympians from the sidelines came full circle."

The outfits will be available for purchase as capsule sets in mid-July, Kardashian said.
