Escondido Studio Offers​ Glass Gratitude Hearts For Nurses

An Escondido artist is offering blue Gratitude Hearts made of glass for local nurses.

ESCONDIDO, CA — In honor of Nurses Week May 6-12, an Escondido artist is making blue Gratitude Hearts made of glass for local nurses.

James Stone, an art glass and mixed media artist who owns Escondido-based Stone & Glass, is offering Gratitude Hearts for local nurses for $45. The glass hearts are blue with a sentiment of gratitude. They will be delivered to area hospitals in early June, according to Stone & Glass.

Stone is also offering glass hearts of any color for Mother's Day on Sunday. Glass hearts come in a variety of sentiments for $55. They are available for pick up or shipment. Optional additional hearts for a second Mother's Day gift, or to give to a local nurse, are available for $30.
