Leigh Limpic Named VP of Human Resources For Westmont Living

North County resident hired by La Jolla-based senior living provider

North County resident Leigh Limpic has been named Vice President of Human Resources for Westmont Living. With more than 25-years of Human Resources experience Limpic specializes in developing best practices through people, processes, and corporate culture for growing companies such as Westmont Living. Her previous positions include Vice President of Human Resources at Clearwater Living and Vice President of Human Resources at Kisco Senior Living. This after working in the entertainment and hospitality industries for such companies as the Walt Disney Company and Sheraton Hotels.

“The depth of her experience and new energy that Leigh brings to the Human Resource function is why we knew that she would be a good match for Westmont,” said Rob Henderson, Senior Vice President of Operations, Westmont Living.

“I like to work for a company whose ultimate goal is to make a difference in the lives of seniors,” said Limpic. “In turn, I can make a difference in the lives of those who support them.” Limpic earned an MA in Speech Communication at San Diego State University and she holds an Executive Coaching certification with the International Coach Federation.
