Marmite is Your Rancho Coastal Humane Society Pet This Week

He was a stray.

Marmite is a 3-year-old, 13-pound, male, Domestic Short Hair cat with a Red Tabby coat.

Marmite was a stray when he was taken to a local shelter. He had a microchip, but the registry information was out of date. When nobody came to claim him, he was transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society through Friends of County Animal Shelters (FOCAS.)

He’s a confident and social cat. Marmite loves it when he gets out of his enclosure, and he can strut around the Cattery. He gets along well with other cats. Marmite doesn’t seem interested in toys. He would rather spend his time playing with people and other cats. He’s very tolerant of being handled, even when he gets excited.
