National Cinema Day 2023: Where To Watch $4 Movies In Escondido
The $4 movie tickets are available for all films, no matter the format, at participating theaters in San Diego County.
ESCONDIDO, CA — Miss out on the Barbenheimer phenomenon? Escondido moviegoers can see "Barbie" or "Oppenheimer" — or any other film — for just a few bucks this weekend.
This Sunday, most movie theaters in San Diego County will offer $4 tickets for all movies during the second annual National Cinema Day. The deal includes movies in all formats and at all showtimes.
More than 3,000 movie theaters are participating in the event, including all AMC Theaters and Regal Cinemas.

About 8.1 million people participated in the inaugural National Cinema Day on Sept. 3, 2022, when tickets cost $3. The event is hosted by The Cinema Foundation, a nonprofit affiliate of the National Association of Theater Owners.
