Patrick Frazier Exec. Direc. Westmont Town Court Promoted

Patrick Frazier, Executive Director of Westmont Town Court in North County San Diego will be promoted to Operations Specialist serving all Westmont’s California communities. Frazier has been with Westmont for 3 ½ years, but has more than 32-years of experience in health care which includes 23-years in the senior services industry. Frazier is expected to be in his new position by early 2020; offering expertise and troubleshooting community needs.

“When we see someone with a specific skill set and know that they can be of greater help to our residents and staff, we offer them new opportunities to be effective,” said Rob Henderson, Senior Vice President of Operations. “Frazier’s wide and varied experience will provide good community support moving forward.”

“With a strong background in directing assisted living communities as well as post-acute skilled nursing, home health and hospice services, this new position is a natural fit,” said Frazier. “I look forward to making a difference by continuing to support seniors and their families, and by assisting our staff to grow within the company.”
