ESCONDIDO, CA – Sons and daughters become a reflection of the men who raise them. With Father's Day 2018 right around the corner, we are celebrating that special bond by inviting Patch readers across California to share photos of their dads, whether the father figure in their life is their biological dad, stepdad or granddad.
Patch reader Cassandra Posladek sent this photo of her father, Escondido resident Curt Erler. He is pictured with his wife Kathy Erler, granddaughter Brooke Posladek, and her fiancé Luke Campbell, who is in the Navy.
"Daddy, every family should be as lucky as us to have an awesome father and grandfather to look up to," Posladek wrote. "Thank you for being the strong, yet sensitive man that you are. We love you!"
