Feel-Good Documentary Captures Behind-The-Scenes Story Of ‘Batkid’

Directed by Dana Nachman, “Batkid Begins” had its red carpet premiere in San Francisco on Wednesday, June 24, 2015. The memorable evening was ushered in with ‘Batmobiles’-- a convoy of ten Lamborghinis chauffeuring the documentary’s cast and crew to the Sundance Kabuki Cinemas.

As they stepped out, Lou Seal, the San Francisco Giants mascot, was on-hand to greet them.

Already a favorite at the box office, the film debuted in four theaters on Friday, June 26, in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York, and it is slated to continue its limited run around the country through summer.
