The City of Glendora does not contact customers by phone to advise their water is being shut off!

Currently, water service shut offs are prohibited under Governor Newsom’s state emergency declaration due to the COVID pandemic.  When the state emergency is over, in the event of a billing delinquency the City will send a letter with the customer’s water bill to advise of any past due amounts owed and will hang a door tag to advise of any interruption in water service.

If you have any questions about your water bill or possible service shut offs, please contact the City Water Billing Division directly at (626) 914-8239.
