NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing pursuant to §21.02.040, §21.02.030, §21.02.035 of the Glendora Municipal Code in the City Council Chamber of City Hall, 116 E. Foothill Boulevard, Glendora, California, to receive and consider all evidence and reports relating to the following application/project:

Hearing Date:                  Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at 7:00 p.m.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in the event that an Executive Order issued by Governor Newsom and/or the City’s declaration of a local emergency related to COVID-19 are still in effect at the time scheduled to conduct this public hearing, it may be necessary to conduct a virtual Planning Commission meeting utilizing the Zoom Video Communications platform. Case Number:                   Development Plan Review, Variance, and Minor Modification No. PLN21-0018

Subject Property:              663 Gordon Highlands Rd., Glendora, CA (APN #8658-020-032)

Application Request:        A request to approve a Development Plan Review to allow the construction of a new two-story single-family residence; a Variance to allow related grading and retaining walls; and a Minor Modification to increase the second floor to first floor ratio in a hillside property.
