Glendora Public Library has something for everyone! All events are proudly presented by the Glendora Public Library and GPL Friends Foundation.

Face covering is required for anyone two years or older at all times while inside the Library and Bidwell Forum. All program are subject to change based on current LA County Department of Public Health Guidelines and other safety or weather needs.

Storytime

Storytime occurs every Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. and again at 10, outdoors on the Library Plaza between the Library and City Hall. For preschool children ages 0-5. Two seating pads will be provided for each family unit. Spaces are limited, so please call to reserve your spot: 626-852-4891.*

*If you sign up but then discover later you cannot attend, please notify the Library so we can allow a family from our waiting list.*

Gingerbread House Decorating Party

Dec. 4, 9 - 10:30 a.m. Bidwell Forum at Glendora Library

Run, run, run as fast as you can to the Gingerbread House Decorating Party. Make your own paper gingerbread house, go on a gingerbread scavenger hunt, take your picture with the gingerbread man, and more!

Holiday Concert - Christmas With The Alley Cats

Dec. 4, 1 p.m. Bidwell Forum at Glendora Library

Start celebrating the holidays early with the sounds of Doo-Wop! Join us at the Glendora Public Library for a special holiday performance featuring the Alley Cats. Seating is limited.

Youth Library Leaders

December 8, 4 p.m. Library Plaza

Learn to work smarter not harder and leave time for the fun!

Join us to learn valuable time management skills through a variety of activities as part of the Youth Library Leaders program. All students ages 10-17 are welcome.

Interactive N-Trac Model Train Display

December 10 & 11, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Bidwell Forum at Glendora Library

The Glendora Public Library has invited a local modular model train club—Group 160 NTRAK Club—to return to Bidwell Forum for two days in December to share and operate their club layout along with two smaller operating model train displays. Our younger visitors will have an opportunity to personally operate their 2’ X 3’ mini layout.

Holiday Storytime

December 14, 6:30-7:30 pm. Bidwell Forum/Library Plaza

Snuggle into your favorite holiday PJs and come join us for storytime fun featuring our favorite frosty friends.
