GLENDORA, CA — Motorists will need to get ready for traffic delays later this month, as the Foothill Boulevard and Grand Avenue intersection will be closed for several days.

The closure is part of construction work for the Foothill Gold Line Project, which will extend Los Angeles Metro's L Line from Glendora to Pomona.

The closure starts Dec. 20 at 5 a.m. and ends Dec. 24 at 5 a.m., officials said. The intersection will be completely closed to car traffic during that time.
