GLENDORA, CA — A Glendora man got an uninvited guest over the holiday weekend who refused to leave — a small brown bear.

Mark Malsack found himself face-to-face on Friday with the animal munching on Thanksgiving leftovers in his trashcan. He told KABC it was the bear’s third visit to his house that day for a meal.

Malsack filmed the encounter and yelled at the bear to “get out of here, go, get.” The bear briefly paused after being confronted and later resumed eating from the trashcan.
