Glendora To Throw Gingerbread House Decorating Party

GLENDORA, CA — The Glendora Public Library will kick off the holiday season next month with a free gingerbread house decorating party on Dec. 4.

Participants will get the opportunity to build their own gingerbread house, go on a holiday-themed scavenger hunt and have their picture taken with a gingerbread man, organizers said. The event is co-sponsored by the Glendora Rotary Club and the Glendora Public Library Friends Foundation.

The party will be at the library's Bidwill Forum and take place from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Glenkirk Church will provide a pancake breakfast for all participants will supplies last, according to the organizers.
