Rain, Cool Down Forecast for Glendora this Weekend

The rain will be light and the temperature will be a few degrees cooler than Friday.

A bout of light rainfall coupled with a cool down is forecast for this weekend, National Weather Service forecasters said.

Rain is expected Saturday, but NWS forecasters said it would be light, perhaps totaling a 10th of an inch in L.A. County.

The NWS forecast mostly cloudy skies in Los Angeles County on Friday, sunny skies in Orange County, and highs of 61 in San Clemente; 62 on Mount Wilson, in Newport Beach and Laguna Beach; 64 in Palmdale and Lancaster; 65 in Avalon; 66 at LAX; 67 in Irvine; 68 in Saugus, Fullerton and Anaheim; 69 in Long Beach and Mission Viejo; 70 in downtown L.A., Burbank, Woodland Hills and Pasadena; and 71 in Yorba Linda and San Gabriel.

Saturday’s temperatures will be several degrees lower than Friday’s, according to an NWS forecast. Downtown L.A., for instance, will go from a high of 70 Friday to 62 Saturday. Mount Wilson will go from 62 to 51.

Temperatures will begin climbing under partly cloudy skies Sunday.
