HOLLYWOOD, CA — Traffic on the 101 Freeway in Hollywood is backed up Monday morning after a school bus broke down, resulting in a lane closure, according to a SigAlert.

The breakdown was first reported just before 9 a.m. Monday. The bus is broken down in the No. 4 lane near the Argyle Avenue exit on the northbound 101 Freeway in Hollywood. Traffic is backed up about three miles to Vermont Avenue, according to the SigAlert.

The lane is expected to be closed until at least 10 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
