Kim Kardashian's Skims Moves HQ From Culver City To Hollywood: Report

Kim Kardashian's shapewear company needs more space; its new home is seven floors in an eight-story Hollywood building, WWD reported.

HOLLYWOOD, CA — Skims, Kim Kardashian's shapewear company, is moving to Hollywood, where it will take over seven floors of an eight-story building near Hollywood and Vine, WWD reported.

Skims is moving to 1601 Vine St. from its current Culver City headquarters, where the company has operated from since it was founded in 2019. The company's rapid growth has necessitated an expansion into a bigger headquarters, WWD reported.

Skims' revenue was $145 million in 2020 and is expected to hit $750 million in 2023.

The 1601 Vine St. property has largely been vacant since October 2022 when WeWork, which had leased the building through 2030, departed ahead of its bankruptcy protection filing, according to the Real Deal.
