🌱 Handel’s Homemade Opens At 300 PCH + William McNamara in HB

Just in time for the coming summer, Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream opened on Main and PCH. Also, actor William McNamara is on set in HB. Finally, Homeless United HB is hosting a virtual information session.

If you were across the HB Pier on Thursday, you cannot have missed the grand opening of Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream & Yogurt at 300 PCH! “The store is highly visible on the corner of Main Street and Pacific Coast Highway in a 1,328-square foot location that used to be a Havaianas flip-flop shop.” Stop by for “yogurt, sherbet, ices and fat-free choices as well as banana splits, sundaes, smoothies and other treats.” (The OCR)

Homeless United HB (HUHB) invites neighbors to attend a Zoom meeting on Thursday at 7 p.m. Points of discussion include “housing initiatives in our community (and) services to the unhoused.” Among others, representatives from Build Futures will discuss services designed to “move homeless, transitional-aged (18- to 24-year-old) youth from the streets to safe, stable housing.” (HB News)
