  1. A shoutout to Oak View student Daniel Luna. The Association of California State Administrators Region 17 honored him at the “annual Every Student Succeeding Awards Ceremony on Friday.” The organizers explain that this is a reward that “recognizes students that have succeeded against all odds & inspired us with their courage and resilience.” (@OVSDSupt)
  2. On April 2, it’ll be Corgi Beach Day! “From the first Corgi Beach Day in 2012 where only 12 Corgis showed up, to now over 1,000 corgis waddling across the beaches of Huntington Beach to spread smiles and melt hearts, it's a must-attend event in Huntington Beach.” There will be contests, costumes, and vendors! (Surf City USA)
  3. The California Wine Festival is coming to HB from November 11 to 12. If you want a sneak peek of what it’s like, you can visit it in Dana Point from April 22 to 23.
