Laguna Board Of Realtors Celebrates 100 Years

A ribbon-cutting ceremony — hosted by the Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce — was held to commemorate the anniversary.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held to celebrate the Laguna Board of Realtors' 100th anniversary this week.

The ceremony was hosted by the Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, Aug. 15. Guests in attendance included: Realtors, business partners and representatives from Assemblymember Diane Dixon and Senator Janet Nguyen's offices.

Guests enjoyed appetizers courtesy of Evan's Gourmet, libations from McClain Cellars and live music by Top Shelf Brass Band.

The ceremony took place at the Laguna Board of Realtors parking lot at their building located at 939 Glenneyre Street. At the ceremony, Director for Life Marie Thomas was honored with the task of cutting the ribbon.

"What a great event — 100 years is just the beginning for the Laguna Board of Realtors," Laguna Beach Chamber CEO Erin Slattery said.
