344 New Single-Family Homes Set For Approval In Lake Elsinore

LAKE ELSINORE, CA — Lake Elsinore's Alberhill Ranch community will likely see construction of another 344 detached single-family homes.

On Tuesday, Lake Elsinore City Council will consider whether to approve the development's design and whether to sign off on a previous environmental review that stems back to 2004.

The development area is on the south side of Nichols Road, between Alberhill Ranch Road and Terra Cotta Road. The project falls within the Murdock Alberhill Ranch Specific Plan boundaries.

The proposed development includes three floorplans, with one- and two-story units, ranging in size from 1,959 to 3,337 square feet. Each home would have three to five bedrooms, with two to three bathrooms, and two-car garages.

The average lot size would be 9,600 square feet, with the minimum being 6,039 square feet.

Three architectural styles are planned: "Spanish, Prairie and Craftsman."

The city's Planning Commission has already greenlighted the project that was brought forward by Pulte Group.
