Pieology Pizzeria In Lake Elsinore Reopens Under New Owner

LAKE ELSINORE, CA — Pieology Pizzeria has reopened its Lake Elsinore restaurant under new management, it was announced Monday.

"Pieology Pizzeria, located at 18310 Collier Ave., Suite B, is once again serving quality and freshness you can taste,” said owner Amir Siddiqi. "We love being part of the Pieology family and to help spread the brand's vision and values. Pieology is based on innovation — introducing a new version of pizza and a new approach to the pizza business, and it inspires us to be different as well."

Pieology is known for making custom pizzas with over 40 toppings and sauces to choose from. The menu also features gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and vegetarian options.

The company was established in 2011 and today features 125 franchise locations across 20 states and five countries, according to its website.

The Lake Elsinore Pieology is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, from 9:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
