RivCo Residents Encouraged To Participate In Quality-Of-Life Surveys

RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA — Monthly quality-of-life surveys aimed at gathering — in one minute or less — Riverside County residents' opinions about where they live and what they would like to see improve will be available starting this month, and residents are encouraged to take part.

"The input collected in these surveys will help the county find ways to serve our residents better," Board of Supervisors Chairman Kevin Jeffries said. "The one-minute surveys will be on different topics throughout the year and sent out every one to two months."

Parties can sign up at www.flashvote.com/rivconow, or call 775-235-2240 to participate.

The FlashVote surveys will include questions about county programs, policies and budgetary priorities.

"The individual information collected by FlashVote is never shared with the county, nor anyone else," according to an Executive Office statement. "When residents sign up, they can determine if they want to receive the surveys by email, text or phone."

Notifications will be sent when a new survey is available, after which recipients will have 48 hours to complete questionnaires. Participants will also be alerted when the results are available.

"Your opinions on how local government works for you matter," the EO stated.

Officials stressed that respondents' personal information will remain anonymous.
