Willauer-Contributing Writer-6-20-19-After a 35-33 first half record, the Lake Elsinore Storm opened up the second half of the California League baseball season after coming back from a 1-0 deficit scored 2 runs in the 3rd, 4th, 6th and 1 in the 7th as they defeated the Inland Empire 66ers by a 7-4 score.

Tony Tarasco Lake Elsinore Storm Manager: "My starter McKenzie Gore did well on the mound today once when he got his release point and rhythm down he was in command of the ballgame all the way through." "Some of our relief pitchers had trouble finding the strike zone when your giving away free bases most of the time your going to pay a price for it as in our closer Will Headean pitched well for us in the top of the ninth when he got in a jam he found a way to get out of a rhythm and he did."
