WILDOMAR, CA — While checking off holiday gifts for family members, don’t forget the kids who aren’t on anyone’s shopping list. This year, pick up a new unwrapped toy for the Toys for Tots campaign in Wildomar and Southwest Riverside County.

Sponsored by the Marine Corps Reserves, Toys for Tots is organized locally by volunteers and collected toys will benefit needy children in your area.

Last year in Riverside County and North San Diego County, over 113,000 toys were distributed to 100,038 children who might not have received any Christmas gifts otherwise. Nationally, about 625 million toys were handed out to 291 million kids.
