New Public Works Customer Service Phone Number Caused by Phone Service Disruption: 

The Town’s Public Works Department is experiencing a phone service disruption with our primary Public Works Customer Service phone line as we transition our phone system from an analog system to a VoIP system.  The Town’s historic phone number for the Public Works customer service desk, formally known as 415-927-5057, is out of service with no anticipated restoration date.  The Town is actively working with the service provider to correct the condition.  

In the interim, and moving forward, a new phone line has been dedicated to the public works customer service desk as follows:  628-258-0294.  Please take note of the new phone number as the current means to reach our Public Works customer service representative.  The Town’s website has been updated to reflect this change.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and recommend that in the event of any further disruption in phone services, to contact the appropriate staff member directly by phone or email.  To view a complete staff phone and email list, please click here.
