The Mt. Miguel High School Alumni Foundation
is excited to announce the Corey Littleton’s Matador Golf Classic Fundraiser. This event will take place at the Golf Club of California, located at 3742 Flowerwood Ln, Fallbrook, CA 92028, on Monday, September 23, 2024, at 12:00 PM.
Participants will enjoy a round of golf, awards, prizes, and dinner. The cost is $175 per individual player or $680 for a foursome. Dinner-only tickets are available for $40.
Don't miss this opportunity to join the Corey Littleton Matador Golf Classic, where you can compete for fantastic prizes and support the Matadors. Whether you're an experienced golfer or looking for a fun day out, this event promises an enjoyable experience for everyone.
Corey Littleton, a proud Mt. Miguel alumnus and NFL player with eight years of experience, including a Super Bowl appearance, will be playing in the tournament. Corey credits his formative years at Mt. Miguel as some of the most impactful of his life. As a dedicated Matador, he is thrilled to support this year's Golf Classic, offering participants a chance to meet him and give back to the community that shaped so many lives.
All proceeds from the event will support our Matador students, providing them with the resources they need to succeed. Your participation is greatly appreciated.

Neighbors Food Distribution - Tuesday, September 24, from 3-5 pm
We're here to help families in need with groceries. No requirements*, open to anyone, first come, first served, drive through. Prayer support is also available. We are located at the Christian Church of Lemon Grove back parking lot. We distribute food every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from 3-5 pm, rain or shine! We would love to help your family!*Participants are asked to fill <a tabindex="-1" href="https://null/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"></a>out a form to help the San Diego Food Bank identify where there is need for food distribution in the county.

&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Lemon Grove Lions Club Hosts Quartermania&nbsp;
 Lemon Grove Lions Club will host Quartermania, a cross between an auction, a raffle and bingo. The event will feature Preview Shopping at 10:30am, Quarter Auction from 11:00am-2:00pm, and a light lunch at 12: 00pm. Bring plenty of quarters as you will need them to bid on auction items. 


It will be Saturday, Sept 28, 2024, from 10:30am-2:00pm at Mt Miguel High School Multi-Cultural Event Center, 8585 Blossom Lane, Spring Valley, CA 91977. 
The cost of admission is $30, which includes an auction paddle, an opportunity drawing ticket and a light lunch. Additional paddles are available for purchase. All proceeds raised will benefit our local service projects, such as, Local Youth Sports, Graffiti Removal, Back to School Supplies, Holiday Toy Giveaway, San Diego Center for the Blind, and many other programs. 
Tickets are on sale now and can be reserved by calling JoAnne Burke at 619-469-7350. You can also purchase tickets at the door.
