LIVERMORE, CA — Livermore students bounded back to school on a warm, sunny day.

"The beautiful weather on the first day was an added bonus to all of the enthusiasm and excitement on display from our staff and our students and families. A huge thank you to our team who worked throughout the summer to clean and prepare our sites for our students! We are ready for a great year!" said Superintendent Torie Gibson, who is starting her first year as LVJUSD superintendent.
