New Restaurant Replacing Chart House In Marina Del Rey: Report

A new restaurant will replace the former Chart House location on Panay Way.

MARINA DEL REY, CA — The group behind Dear John's plans to open a new location in Marina del Rey called Dear Jane's, EaterLA reports.

The restaurant from the Röckenwagners and Josiah Citrin — Los Angeles hospitality veterans — will replace the former Chart House location overlooking the water at 13950 Panay Way, Marina del Rey. It will have a menu focused on cocktails and naturally, seafood.

Dear John's, the steakhouse in Culver City, is expected to be demolished and redeveloped.
