Marin, North Bay Restaurants Receive AAA Diamond Ratings​

MARIN COUNTY, CA – Eight North Bay restaurants – including a restaurant in Marin County – have earned AAA Four or Five Diamond ratings, AAA Northern California announced Wednesday.

Murray Circle in Sausalito received a Four Diamond rating. The fine dining restaurant at 601 Murray Circle offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as a full bar and patio seating.

"For the perfect dining experience, request a table with a stunning view of the Golden Gate Bridge," the AAA inspector noted. "Menu offerings include items like fresh ocean stew, wild king salmon, Prather Ranch pork tenderloin and roasted chicken for two. Definitely be sure to save room for dessert!"

The North Bay region is home to two Five Diamond restaurants, the French Laundry in Yountville and The Restaurant at Meadowood in St. Helena. Only 68 restaurants across the country qualified for the coveted Five Diamond rating, which requires eateries to "consistently provide leading-edge cuisine of the finest ingredients, uniquely prepared by an acclaimed chef and served by expert service staff in extraordinary surroundings," according to AAA.
