MILL VALLEY, CA — Mill Valley last week experienced a shakeup at City Hall.
Outgoing Mayor John McCauley announced his retirement after serving on the City Council for 15 years.
The council during its annual mayoral transition unanimously elected Jim Wickham and Urban Carmel as mayor and vice mayor.
