Speeding Car Menaces Monrovia Neighborhood

MONROVIA, CA — Authorities are after a speeding car that has plagued a Monrovia neighborhood for the last several weeks.

The car has been described by the Monrovia Police Department as “white or light-colored, possibly a Dodger Charger or Challenger or similar model.” Residents have reported seeing it speed around the 500 and 600 blocks of Royal Oaks Drive.

Police are asking residents for security footage they may have of the speeding car. The agency is collecting clips from residents through its online submission portal.
