Novato District Touts Opening Of New Buildings, Athletic Fields

Facility upgrades at Novato High School and San Marin High will be celebrated in separate ceremonies this week.

NOVATO, CA — The Novato Unified School District this is celebrating the openings new facilities upgrades.

The NUSD was scheduled to hold a ribbon cutting ceremony to commemorate the official opening of two new buildings and athletic field complex at Novato High School on Wednesday.

A separate ceremony commemorating the opening of two buildings at San Marin High School is scheduled for Thursday.

At Novato High, the NUSD celebrated the openings of the new Center for the Arts and Center for the Sciences buildings along with an athletics complex.

The NUSD on Thursday from 5 to 6 p.m. will commemorate the opening of the San Marin STEM Center and the Emily Gates Performing Arts Center.

The ceremony will take place outside the Emily Gates Performing Arts Center.
