Please join Marin County Office of Education (MCOE), Department of Rehabilitation (DOR), Golden Gate
Regional Center (GGRC), and local disability service providers for a 7-week virtual series focused on the
transition from high school and postsecondary to community services and supports.
***All sessions will be held on zoom and links will be provided upon registration***
