CABAZON, CA - Celebrate the changing season with an evening of great food, craft beer and live music - for free. By signing up for your local California Patch morning newsletter, you'll automatically be entered to win one of the 10 pairs of free tickets we’re giving away to the Morongo Casino, Resort and Spa's brand new Oktoberfest event on Oct. 7.

The event promises to feature Dirndl dresses, Lederhosen and of course mugs of authentic Bavarian beer from the likes of Paulaner, Spaten and other brewers.

"From open-grill brats to traditional Bavarian brews to live oom-pah music, Morongo’s Oktoberfest will have party-goers thinking they’ve been transported to the Wiesn tents of Munich," said Morongo’s Executive Director of Marketing Simon Farmer. "To top it off, one lucky guest will be handed the keys to a brand new VW Beetle, customized by ‘American Hot Rods’ reality show star, Duane Mayer."

The event costs $20 to attend per person. Guests must be 21 or older. Food, beer and other drinks are sold separately.
